# Earnings and events calendar

> See upcoming company earnings and major economic releases, and trade the markets they move.

The Events Calendar shows the week's company earnings and the economic releases that move markets, such as central bank decisions, CPI, jobs reports (NFP), GDP, and PMIs. Earnings for companies you can trade on Liquid have a **Trade** button, so you can go from the calendar to a position in one click.

## Open the calendar

Click **Calendar** in the top bar of the web app, or open [app.liquid.trade/calendar](https://app.liquid.trade/calendar). On mobile web, it's in the menu. You don't need to be signed in.

The calendar is on the web app only.

## Read the calendar

The calendar shows one column per weekday, Monday to Friday. Each day lists:

* **Tradable on Liquid:** earnings for companies with a Liquid market, split into **Pre Market**, **Post Market**, and **Time TBD**.
* **Economic Events:** only the highest-impact releases, US first.
* **Other markets:** earnings for companies Liquid doesn't list. These show when you switch to **All Markets**.

Use **Previous week**, **Next week**, and **This Week** to move around. **Hide Charts** and **Hide Events** simplify the view.

## Earnings cards

A tradable earnings card shows the company, the consensus **Est. EPS** (or **Act. EPS** once reported), the current **Price**, **24h** change, **24h Vol**, and a small price chart. Click **Trade** to open the market.

Earnings data comes from Nasdaq. Estimates are consensus analyst forecasts.

## Economic events

Each event shows **Actual**, **Consensus**, **Forecast**, and **Previous** values where available. Event times are in UTC.

## Get reminded about earnings

Click the bell on an earnings card. When that company reports today or tomorrow, a banner appears at the top of the app with a link to trade it. You can also set the bell from the ticker bar on a stock's trading screen.

Reminders are saved in your browser on this device. They aren't push or email notifications.

<Tip>Prices can move sharply around earnings and data releases, including outside regular hours. Consider a [stop loss](/trading/take-profit-stop-loss) before holding a position through an event.</Tip>
