# What is Co-Invest?

> Co-Invest is Liquid's AI trading analyst, available in the app, in your AI assistant, by text, and in Chrome.

Co-Invest is Liquid's AI trading analyst. It researches markets, reads your portfolio, and proposes real trades on your Liquid account. You confirm every trade.

## What it can do

* **Research:** live prices, funding, open interest, whale positioning, liquidation clusters, and news for any market.
* **Portfolio:** your balance, positions, PnL, and open orders.
* **Trade:** long or short, market or limit, with a multiplier and take profit or stop loss. It can propose one trade or a basket.
* **Manage positions:** change TP/SL, adjust the multiplier, or close positions.
* **Prediction markets:** find markets and take a Yes or No side.
* **Charts:** price charts, order books, and a market overview, right in the chat.

## You stay in control

* **Every trade needs your confirmation.** Co-Invest shows a card with the market, side, size, multiplier, and TP/SL. Nothing is sent until you confirm. In ChatGPT, live trades open in the Liquid app for you to place. Co-Invest Computer is the exception: it can place orders you ask for, or trade within limits you set.
* **It can't move money out.** Co-Invest can't withdraw, transfer funds, or change your account settings.
* **Bad orders are rejected.** For example, a stop loss at or past your liquidation price is refused.

## Paper trading

Ask Co-Invest to switch to paper mode to practice with a simulated balance on live prices. Everything is labeled as simulated. Say "go back to live trading" to switch off.

## Cost

Co-Invest is free: no subscription and no AI surcharge. You pay the normal [trading fees](/trading/fees) and [funding](/trading/funding-rates). Orders need at least \$15 of collateral.
