# Co-Invest by text

> Check markets, track your portfolio, and confirm trades over iMessage or SMS.

Text [Co-Invest](/co-invest/overview) like you'd text a friend. It works over iMessage and SMS, with no app to open.

## Set up

Tap **Text Co-Invest** on [liquid.trade/coinvest-imessage](https://liquid.trade/coinvest-imessage) and send the starter message. Co-Invest texts back a sign-in link: open it and approve access to your Liquid account.

## What you can do

* Ask for prices, news, and what's moving.
* Check your portfolio and PnL.
* Open, close, or adjust positions, including [take profit and stop loss](/trading/take-profit-stop-loss).
* Get alerts when a stop loss gets close, a catalyst hits, or funding changes.

## Confirm by reply

When Co-Invest proposes a trade, it texts you the details. Reply to confirm (for example "yes" or **CONFIRM**), or say cancel. Nothing is sent until you confirm, and an unconfirmed trade expires after 10 minutes.

Co-Invest by text is free. Your carrier's SMS rates may apply.
